1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, engaging in consultation, or commissioning any Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) from Enermyx, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must refrain from using our services. Engagement with Enermyx constitutes acceptance regardless of whether a formal service agreement has been executed.

2. Changes to Terms

Enermyx reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms at any time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes related to RaaS deployments. Updated versions will be published on this page.

Continued engagement, subscription renewal, or payment after such updates shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Capacity to Contract

By engaging Enermyx, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age, possess full mental capacity, and are authorized to enter into binding agreements for robotic services under applicable law.

Enermyx reserves the right to refuse service or terminate engagements where contractual capacity is absent or misrepresented.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property developed or deployed by Enermyx—including robotic hardware designs, software, algorithms, control systems, firmware, and operational protocols—remains the exclusive property of Enermyx unless explicitly licensed for use.

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to operate robotic systems under agreed RaaS terms. Unauthorized replication, modification, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

5. Service Availability

Enermyx provides robotic services on a subscription or lease basis. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure continuous operation, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.

Enermyx may suspend, modify, or discontinue services for maintenance, upgrades, or operational requirements. Clients will be notified of any planned disruptions.

6. Payment & Subscription Terms

RaaS Subscriptions: Clients subscribe to robotic services on a defined schedule (weekly, monthly, or per operational cycle). Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Service activation occurs only upon receipt of payment.

Leased Deployments: Robots deployed on a lease basis require an initial non-refundable deposit. Ongoing fees cover usage, monitoring, maintenance, and updates.

Authorized Payment Channel: All payments must be made exclusively via Paystack. Enermyx does not accept cash, personal accounts, or direct bank transfers.

Enermyx is not liable for unauthorized payments. Any discrepancies should be reported immediately to support@enermyx.com.

7. Service Timelines & Client Responsibilities

Service timelines depend on robotic deployment schedules, operational validation, and maintenance cycles. All timelines are estimates and may be adjusted based on operational requirements.

Clients must provide timely access, approvals, and any required environment or data for robotic operation. Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted schedules or additional fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enermyx shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including downtime, lost data, or missed operational opportunities.

All robotic services are provided “as-is” and intended for agreed operational use only. Clients are responsible for integration, safety, and compliance with local regulations.

9. Access & Service Limits

Enermyx intentionally limits the number of concurrent RaaS deployments to ensure quality, reliability, and operational focus.

Some requests may be deferred or declined. Payment or subscription secures priority placement within the operational schedule.

10. Consultation

Initial Consultation: We offer a 30-minute session at no cost to understand your RaaS needs, assess feasibility, and determine service fit.

Extended Technical Evaluation: For projects requiring in-depth analysis, deployment planning, or operational assessment beyond the initial session, the following options apply:

• Standard Evaluation: $349 — covers detailed feasibility review and high-level deployment plan.
• Comprehensive Evaluation: $569 — covers full operational assessment, custom deployment planning, and integration recommendations.

These fees are one-time, non-refundable, and separate from subscription or lease payments for ongoing RaaS. Clients may choose the level that matches the complexity of their deployment needs.

11. Contract Structure

RaaS engagements operate under subscription, lease, or custom operational agreements. The selected model governs scope, billing, operational cycles, and system support.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
